Our booking and Refund policy  

BOOKING 

Once you and your significant other have decided on choosing JFA Ceremony Services for your special day you must...

• Complete and sign an application in its entirety
• Schedule a ceremony consultation with one of our officiants
• Pay a minimum security deposit of 50% of your total cost to secure your date NOTE: ¹the total cost including any possible travel fees, accommodations or speciall arrangement surcharges will be discussed during your consultation.  ²(if not paid in full) the remaining balance of your total cost is due no later than 30 days prior to your ceremony date, otherwise your date and officiant will no longer be secure and no refund will be returned. 
• If your date or location of ceremony changes, you must contact your officiant within 45 days to secure the new accommodations. NOTE: ³a service fee may apply. 
• If your ceremony is canceled due to inclement weather, you must notify your efficient as soon as possible
• All ceremonies are subject to additional fees if delayed 30 minutes or more past ceremony start time.

REFUNDS

• All deposits are non-refundable
• Up to 25% of the total due amount may be returned under special circumstances. Contact your officiant at least 45 days prior to your ceremony date. NOTE: ⁴all ceremonies will be in forfeiture of any refund 30 days or less from the ceremony date.
